Sandblast Hose
The blast tube is transported from the abrasive blasting machine to the gun. These hoses wear due to the abrasive properties and the friction of the abrasive on the tube inside, which can be very expensive.

The advantages of our hoses are in the absolutely smooth inner surface (less friction = less wear and tear), the low specific weight, great flexibility and robustness of the electrostatic (reduced electrostatic discharge) to the operator. Accessories – Jet Nozzles
Wear and tear in jet nozzles can not be avoided, but it can be reduced through the use of our quality jets to a minimum. The essential condition for a maximum economy is that the optimum nozzle accessories diameter remains constant as long as possible, and this can only be achieved with boron carbide or carbide blast nozzles.
Boron carbide nozzles are made from a material that is surpassed only by diamond in hardness. From Borerz is generated by reduction with carbon boron carbide with tetrahedral crystal form. These crystals are so tough that they even diamonds can attack and destroy. By sintering at extremely high temperatures and very high pressure in the sintered forms which are made of pure carbon, practically any geometric shape of a jet nozzle to be achieved.
We supply the boron carbide blast accessories - nozzles in an aluminum protective jacket in the bore diameters of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 mm.
