Description of equipment and system functions:

The equipment is composed of sandblasting main engine, trolley support, movable trolley, automatic turntable, separator, dust collector box, electric control box, electric control system and so on.

Mainframes

1) the sandblasting chamber of the main engine is welded by 4mm hot-rolled steel plate, the outer surface is sprayed with high-temperature plastic powder and the inner surface is protected by wear-resisting polyamine resin rubber. After the work-piece is sandblasted in the sandblasting chamber, the blowing gun will clean up the sand on the surface, and then exit the sandblasting chamber.

2) size of mainframe: 4200(L) X2400(W) x2600(h) mm;

3) the machine is equipped with 2 high pressure spray guns, the nozzle is made of boron carbide material, the aluminum gun body and the diameter of the spray nozzle is φ8mm.

Trolley support

The left side of the main engine is equipped with trolley support. The trolley support is made of section steel welded and covered with light rail. The load is less than 1-5 tons.

Mobile trolley

The mobile trolley is welded by section steel. The mobile trolley is made up of section steel, bearing and driving motor. Driving Motor Power: 0.75kw.

Automatic turntable

The turntable is composed of steel bar, flat plate, bearing, v-belt, pulley and driving motor. The turntable can rotate automatically. The diameter of the turntable is 1800mm. The driving motor power is 0.75kw. Load on turntable ≤1-5T.

Cyclone separator

The main part of the machine, placed on the top of the chamber, can effectively achieve the automatic circulation of sand and automatic separation and dust removal.

Dust collector

The utility model is composed of a filter element, a pulse back blowing mechanism, a centrifugal fan, a dust collecting bucket and the like. Equipped with 1 set of 9 filter box. The box body is welded by 4mm cold-rolled steel plate and the inner and outer surfaces are painted.

Dimensions: 1200(L) x1200(W) x2300(h) mm. (note: excluding fan height)

Dust blower: 5.5 kw high pressure centrifugal blower

Door: pneumatic control, automatic door opening and closing

Electrical control system:

The electric system is composed of PLC, touch screen, travel switch, reversing switch, control box, motor, corresponding electric pipeline and control component.

Total Equipment Power: about 7.8 kw (excluding Air compressor power) power supply 380v50hz three-phase five-wire system;

Mobile Trolley Drive Motor: 0.75 kw one

Rotary Table Drive Motor: 0.75kw, one variable frequency speed governor

Lighting: 7X36W = 0.252kw

Dust blower: 5.5 kw, one set

Air Compression System (customer’s own)

The sand blasting pressure can be adjusted according to the technical requirements. The pressure ranges from 1 to 8 bar,

when the pressure is 0.6 mpa, the total air consumption is about 3 m3/min. Therefore, the air compressor needed for this equipment needs to be able to output more than 3 m3/min flow of drying Compressed air (need 22KW 30 hp air compressor)

 What kind of abrasive be used in your sandblast machine ?

.For suction type sandblast cabinet : Glass beads . garnet .Aluminum oxide etc non-metal abrasive 36-320mesh media could be  used

.For Pressure type sandblast machine : can use any media which less than 2mm includes steel grit or steel shot media
